Eurovacuum supplies Vacuum pumps for Vacuum Furnace

Eurovacuum supplies vacuum pumps to the company Adencon from Istanbul in Turkey to fit on their vacuum furnaces. The company Adencon has the honor of supplying the biggest vacuum heat treatment furnace build in Turkey..

This bottom loader furnace has a loading capacity of 2500kg and can heat up to 1350°C with inside sizes of Ø1500 x 1500mm height. It is specially designed for round objects and will be used for Quenching and Brazing of the materials. The load can be rotated inside the furnace to get a homogeneous cooling, cooling done by nitrogen gas at maximum 2 bar. The furnace can reach a vacuum level of 3x10^-3mbar inside. To reach this Eurovacuum supplied a single stage Rotary vane vacuum pump with a pumping speed of 630m³/h together with a roots vacuum pump of 3000m³/h. The furnace will be supplied to a western European country where it is used inside a metal treatment company. Adencon company website
